Is it worth for Strauss Kahn's accuser's lawyers to file a civil lawsuit since he is French-based?

Given that there is now reason to believe that DSK's accuser may be guilty of conspiracy and malicious prosecution I don't see a whole lot of lawyers beating a path to her door.
