I need help with this math problem please i need help as soon as possible?

Notice that in the first column Q is always just 1. The other 2 columns show the ways the other 8 coins can be distributed between T & L. Now change Q to 2, and find all the ways the remaining 7 coins can be distributed between T & L (there will only be 6 ways this time). Now do it for each value of Q from 3 to 7. There will be fewer combinations as you progress, so don't get discouraged.
