Where can I watch Inuyasha Meguri Au Mae no Unmei Koiuta?

I hope that's spelt right.....ya, so, I was just looking for new animes to watch and I discovered that Inuyasha has a prequel and I got really excited!!!! The English equivalent for the name is Inuyasha: The Love Song From Before We Met. Do you know where I can watch it?? I googled it and looked on youtube but they didn't have anything.....can you help?? Thanks so much!!!
