How long will the US financial disaster be called a recovery?

The numbers are worse every month in housing, unemployment, Federal debt, trade deficit, etc. But Obama and his loonies keep calling it a recovery. At what point does somebody stand up and say: Hey, it's more like a disaster than a recovery!
