Why would she call me after 3 months if...?

I used to talk to this woman, just never went to see her. I used to like her but just over time I lost interest in her which made me not wanna see her. Long story short, she didn't want to hear from me again so I left her alone. She thought her best friend was posing as me the entire time... don't ask, she's a little loony I guess... and she was so confident and determined that it was her best friend the entire time. I've spoken to her so she knows what I sound like and her friend sounds nothing like me. So she broke that friendship and for the past 3 months I left her alone. Just 3 weeks ago i received a missed call from her. Why would she call me if she was so confident it was her friend posing as me? You think maybe she's realized she's wrong? Or wants to make sure she was right about her assumption? I don't know if i should call her or not. HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
