Should Terry Jones be held responsible for any further killings that result from his anti-Islamic stunts?

just because someone burns a book, which has a lot of hatred in it, does not mean that he murdered anyone. Those who shed blood because of the burning of a book are the ones who should be held responsible. shows just how fanatic they are. And why cant their god Allah not tell them to turn the other cheek, or to love their enemies like our Lord tells :Vengeance is mine I will repay saith the Lord" why do they have to defend their god instead of their god defending them?
