Will missiles survive as a component of conventional warfare in the future ?

the us military and the german military have developed ground based mobile air defense systems which can protect troops , Veichle's and infrastructure from missiles,shells and mortars by simply destroying these in the air, for example: the german Sysfla, but these are only first or second generation models, in the future undoubtedly there will be more advanced sustems, then wahat will become of missiles,shells or mortars , in that scenario only rounds from railgun's will be able to reach the enemy lines , it will not only put a doubt to these only but to air power as a whole which is dependent on missiles and bombs
