Will they be safe if i emigrate? pls dont want them in danger?

I don't know anything about Europe, but I've never heard of anything like that happening in America. You can actually get into trouble for killing a cat (unless its attacking you or something). And people aren't very superstitious about black cats here (we've got lots of black cats around our house).
