Why do I have psychotic spells?

Having such moments may be anomalous. To really answer that question a person would need to know if this has happened once or it happened with some frequency. Then again, do you what to hear someone say you are anomalous or not? Every person has moments that are not typical for their personality, but then some people have an unusual personality.
