A question about Time Machines?

you arent looney, lots of people have the same question. truth is you have yourself said this is a hypothetical, so u could imagine wateva u want to happen but at the end of the day this is just not possible. its sorta like asking if pigs could fly, could we ride them? based on your problem there are theories that say that an alternate universe, or parallel universe is created during such an event. in that case you would experience an exact replica of how the Earth was 1500 years. but this raises 2 issues, if there was anything where u are supposed to land wouldnt u just be destroyed, or would those particles just be destroyed, either way this would violatye the consercation of mass. the other issues is that since we have not met anyone from the potential infintity of the future that would imply we are the 'original' universe. now if u follow this parrallel universe theory then every single event would create a parrallel universe-therefore therfor an infinity of universes would constantly be being made, and each of these univserses would be making an infiniy of universes. now if u do the maths the probabillity of us being in the original universe is 1/infinity which approaches zero, therby makign it impossible that we are the original universe, and this theory is flawed.
