Welfare has such a bad stereotype against it. Truthfully the numbers are changing most individuals do not receive service past one year and only 3% are still after 5 years. The middle class is shrinking back into lower which hardens the gap between have's and have nots. If your a have it's easy to blame the havenots for being lazy or w/e but the real case is different. There is so much red tape now that the freeloaders are finally getting kicked from services but it also makes the one's who need it and are trying to rebuild thier life have difficulty receiving help.
