Did Bush tax cuts cause recession? Why did Obama extend them? Did Bush's war for oil cause recession? If so...?

No they did not cause nor contribute to the recession, the spending what we don't have, forcing banks to make bad loans, Fannie and Freddy and its supporters were major players in the recession, in my opinion
